it could be also the cold weather and other factors like day light.

if the new bag of feed has an experation date look for that too, or if the feed store was storing the feed in a very cold place???

They'll do that, evil hens. Mine do that from time to time.

What a relief the eggs were hidden, I was starting to worry that something had started to go wrong with feed. Especially since no eggs all of a sudden. I was going to buy feed this a.m. and was wondering what "not" to buy watching this thread.
