New birds, not experienced.

Do the course of antibiotic for all the Birds...Your original flock too...is it powdered antibiotic you put into water?
The only way to know what your actually dealing with is to Cull a Chicken and take it for necropsy ....
Could be ILT (Infectious Laryngotracheitis)....Antibiotics won't cure that if its viral infection....Although it won't hurt to use the antibiotics if you want too....
Sorry this happened....

Where are you located?

I'm so sorry you are going through this:hugs

Photos of the poop would be a good idea. If you have a video of their actions that would be great too.
List the symptoms you are currently seeing - coughing, sneezing, mucous from the nostrils, watery/bubbly eyes, facial swelling, loose stools, going off feed, etc.

I am quite surprised the vet did not know anything(?) no fecal floats to see if there was Coccidiosis or worms (?) I understand they were covering everything they could think of.

Instead of throwing everything all at once at these brids, treat the symptoms as they come - only treat birds that are showing signs of illness. If you are treating with the SMZ-TMP, then imho, stop the Corid. Hold off on de-worming until you get a handle on what's going on.

If you are noticing a foul odor about the chickens, then you may be dealing with Infectious Coryza, but ILT, Mycoplasma and Infectious Bronchitis are quite common as well. Antibiotics will only treat secondary infections due to illness.

Keep them well hydrated, add poultry vitamins to their water and make sure they are eating well.

Is smz a workable antibiotic for mycoplasma? (Since they are exhibiting symptoms of that)

Here's a video but it doesn't show much. You can hear the baby sneeze in the background twice. You can see the one that doesn't move for anything. Since it's mid morning I would have to sit in there for a couple minutes to catch the head and eyes rolling back thing, but I will. My flock seems healthy just started coughing sneezing today. Still active. Kinda a hiccup cough and sneeze. Following me around for food even tho they have it. Here's the sick ones acting semi-normal.

Video was too large here's pics. Will upload short video when catch it.
