Where are you located?
I'm so sorry you are going through this
Photos of the poop would be a good idea. If you have a video of their actions that would be great too.
List the symptoms you are currently seeing - coughing, sneezing, mucous from the nostrils, watery/bubbly eyes, facial swelling, loose stools, going off feed, etc.
I am quite surprised the vet did not know anything(?) no fecal floats to see if there was Coccidiosis or worms (?) I understand they were covering everything they could think of.
Instead of throwing everything all at once at these brids, treat the symptoms as they come - only treat birds that are showing signs of illness. If you are treating with the SMZ-TMP, then imho, stop the Corid. Hold off on de-worming until you get a handle on what's going on.
If you are noticing a foul odor about the chickens, then you may be dealing with Infectious Coryza, but ILT, Mycoplasma and Infectious Bronchitis are quite common as well. Antibiotics will only treat secondary infections due to illness.
Keep them well hydrated, add poultry vitamins to their water and make sure they are eating well.
