I love Brahmas! Wish I could get some different colors here. I have 2 dark and one light.

He's missing his two other girls. And these three really miss having their "sisters" to divide his attention!

Yes they are awesome. Mine light lady is named Big Mama cuz she watches over everyone in the group. My 2 darks are just now fully feathered, but are the sweetest. Have 7 birds in brooder and they are only ones that will let me pick em up and roost on me without a fuss. One even sits there and just lets me pet her back.

New pics of the two week old Brahmas today. In the last picture the little guy with the semi-bare chest is most likely a cockerel, based on more narrow body shape and slow feathering. Can't tell on the others yet. @Sjisty what do you think?
Brandy is on Day 12 with her eight eggs today.

And more from today. Bonnie's chicks are 2 weeks old and Brandy is on Day 13 with her eggs. Just sent DH to the co-op for another 50# bag of chick starter since more babies are coming. I candled Brandy's eggs. Every one of the eight has a dancing chick in it.
Isn't Sebastian just a stud-muffin? I heard DH talking to him across the barn aisle today, telling him what a good boy he was. We both love this guy. But, he flew from the top roost bar, across the 8' pen to land on the cross member of the pen door! He was so excited to get outside, crazy thing! I was worried he'd land on one of the girls and kill her, though, which could happen with a flying projectile of this size.
