New BYC Awards / Badges System

Of course, any nominations a member receives would carryforward if they haven't reached 10 in a particular month. Maybe you can use a cutoff date of the 25th of every month to close nominations for that month, use the next 5 days for validations, and make the monthly awards at month-end.
Again, just thinking out loud here with some ideas. I have no idea if 10 nominations is too low, too high, or just right, in this scenario.

Maybe you could add an award for each year of anniversaries. 1 yr, 2yr, 3yr, etc. Or I will just wait till I make it to 4 years.

We want these awards to be more serious, yet to show our appreciation for our members.
We have had several nominations already and we look at each and every one and discuss among the Staff to make sure we are awarding fairly.
