I haven't read through all the posts, so this may have already been mentioned. Some BYC members spend a significant amount of time arranging contests and prizes and monitoring the contest. It's a great way to promote BYC and the prize sponsor (i.e. Brinsea hatch-a-longs)

OK this is a tough room. I didn't even get a giggle out of the rude demerit badge. Oh well

How about one for Special Hatch organizers? aahmmm Like Mahonri. All the contests and participation he brings into a hatch is amazing and there are others. Mahonri just has to come to mind when thinking of these.

I like Breed and Sex Identifier..................mmmmmmmmmmmmmm like Illa??? Nothing short of amazing.

Had a really good idea, but my old brain forgot. I do that way too often.
