Congrats on your very successful hatch! What brand of chick heating plate are you using? I haven't seen that kind before...

Thanks! It's from TSC... think it's Producer's Pride or something similar. Will flip up to be a coop heating plate if needed.

You've got to get hopping on that YESTERDAY!! The chicks will be past ready to be in their coop and run when they are 5 weeks old. Ducks sooner. Chop, chop!

The chicks are supposedly two weeks old. Do you think they're older than that? I kind of wondered... We have the duck house set up at least.

Yes, they look older than 2 weeks. That's a lot of feather development for 2 weeks. I'd put them closer to 4.
