No no. . I don't think it is yet. But that one part kinda looks like possibly some bumble forming. . but I'm not as experienced as others.

Just scabs from cracks caused by dry feet... soak them in warm epsom salt water and apply clear iodine...

I don't think we have any epsom salt but we do have neosporin. Let me look to check on the salt though
