New duckling! Help?

@onaharley I can't wait for Sunni to be beautiful like the ducks in your profile picture!

Sorry just tuning in.....thank you! I'm new this year to ducks and I'm trying very hard that my king and queen stay in top health! With that said, my queen is trying hard to make this hard on me she's the friendliest but the most stubborn when it comes to care for their feet!

@onaharley Oh you're new as well? How old are your ducks? Better keep collecting those eggs or you might end up with ducklings and females are always stubborn! That's what we're known for right? We got our first ducklings in February. Billy is around 8 months now, Mochi passed away that's why we got Sunni.

Bill and Ted (didn't know we had a boy and girl until after we named them!! Lol) are almost 24 weeks, we got them on Memorial Day. No eggs yet....I keep checking but so far none, that I know of. Our yard is small and there is no hiding places that they could be going to. Sorry about Mochi.

@onaharley Don't worry lol when an egg is laid I'm sure you'll see it right away! They'll be big! And thank you, I'm still recovering from the loss but it's slowly becoming easier each day. Not that I have time to really grieve with little Sunni running around

I have a pekin that's a nibbler too. And now that she's an adult, hers kinda hurts!

Not Sunni related but Mochi’s headstone finally dried all the way through and I think it came out pretty well (aside from the few hiccups we made while placing the tiles). My original plan was to try to get Billy’s foot print in there but the headstone was small and I also didn’t want to hurt Billy. So we got some metal feathers from Hobby Lobby to put in it.
