I am in interested in this post too. I am in Raymond and was wondering when the time comes (my chicks are still in brooder) where I would find DE. If you can't get DE in this area I'd like to know what others using in their coops??
Typically any of the Blue Seal dealers sell it. There is one in Rochester, and in Salem on Rt 28. I get mine at Gooches Log Home Hardware on RT 152 in Nottingham. Hope this helps

Thanks! What do you pay for it if you don't mind me asking? I am going to the Derry Blue Seal this weekend, I'll see if they sell it too.
Just wondering, have you ever bough shavings at lumber place in Nottingham on 152? I always see the sign and was wondering if they were any good?
I pay approx $1/lb at Gooches. I also get me shaving there in bale form. I want to try Fernald lumber though because they are probably less dusty and a bit more coarse which is what I like. Glad I could help
I have a nice pair of Standard Splash Polish for sale if any of my NH neighbors are interested. They were hatched on April 22nd and April 23rd. Their names aare Billy and Bijou. Billy won the cutest chick contest here on BYC so he is a celebrity
They were raised by my broody and free range. Hoping to free up some roost space as my tiny coop is getting crowded. I really want to keep her but I have my eye on another rooster in the same clutch of babies and I hate to seperate them so therefore I would like the two bookends to go together
