Hello all. I guess chicken health and I have not been getting on to well recently which sucks. Just treated my whole flock for coccidiosis and now this

Today I adopted a beautiful pekin named Frenchie. Her best friend died during a storm and she was lonely. As I have so many bantams I decided lets give her a home.
Well when I received her I noticed she was VERY gurgley and was sneezing a lot. Automatically I diagnosed her with a respiratory infection and she's set to see the vet tomorrow.
She also have a very dirty butt so like usual I decided to bathe her; make her nice and clean. Apon removing the poo I saw the most horrendous sight in my chicken keeping years. Her poor bottom feathers were COVERED in id have to say at least 20 balls of unhached lice eggs. They were massive!! Poor chookie
. I covered her bottom in coconut oil and let it sit for a while to see if that'd do anything which it kinda did. I decreased the amount of eggs but they aren't fully gone. Im trying to get rid of them before I de-lice her.
Does anyone have ANY idea of how I can get rid of the remainder of the eggs?? I would appreciate it greatly!!!!

I just went and checked on her and found her with a bloody nose. Could this be from bathing her or her sneezing or maybe something more serious?
