I have a question,(Rob)
What is considered trolling?
If a member makes a post and you respond on it truthfully, but it disagrees with another members postings...Is that trolling?
Are we allowed to have our own opinions about matters?Or is that considered trolling... Or what should we say on a thread if we have a different opinion than another member??
There has been a recent problem with this happening,
So.. wheres the magic line not to cross? This has always been my confusion with his board... sometimes things are okay..and sometimes they arent, depends on whos moderating.(i'm not saying that in a bad way,its actually a GOOD thing, but its simply the truth, each mod has their own personality and tolerance level, what some consider trolling others may not, unless its a blatant breaking of the rules..). And that can be a BIG confusion for members. Especially myself,
i have gotten very frustrated when i cant see what i did wrong. >>>
Now i DO usually know/understand when i'm blatantly wrong and crossed the line and can accept the PM with grace (
..), when it comes.
But theres still a line that i just dont understand... myself and many other members are really TRYING to do the right thing on this board, because we generally enjoy it here and have made some very good friends here and theres NO place else to get such excellent chicken advice on the net, BUT that magic line seems to move around too much ...
Rob, is there a specific way to word things that would be appropriate/better? Where do you consider the line at??
Just trying to aviod any points by asking this now, instead of after the fact...
ETA: I hope you can understand my question..i just re-read it, and it doesnt make much sense...lol I cant explain what i'm asking very well, sorry...
