Fairly new to chickens. I inherited 3 Bantams about 6 months ago

3 Bantams at 3 years old
3 Jersey Giant chicks at 7 week old
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
Exciting, rewarding, keeps my busy

Engaged with two children (boy and girl) we have 3 horses (welsh section c, clydesdale and a shetland) bulldog named winston and our chickens
(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community?
I founs BYC online when seatching for advice on chickens and incubating my jersey giants
