I really enjoyed reading your introduction... you sound like a smart cookie!

I didn't think I would ever own Guineas because I've heard so many stories about them harming chickens and also how they all run to the road and get hit. Rotating their release seems like a great solution to keep them close. I really do hope you enjoy the site and share your experiences... could be a great help to a lot of people.

Welcome to BYC. It sounds like you have a lot of wonderful animals. For pricing turkeys to sell, I'd recommend looking to see what they are going for on Craigslist. 25-30 dollars seems reasonable to me, though. Best of luck with your herd, and I hope you enjoy your time on BYC.

I had some pups from our Golden, and a black stsndard poodle, for the ave. size doodles. Years ago. I never kept one. I had my big dog. . Golden. We are older now, only going smaller. I'm on the list for a mini Golden doodle. Just have to hope that her dog has enough pups for me to get one. I'm at the bottom of the list. She will be having the mom xrayed on Mon. Can't wait.. Would love seeing some of your photos of your dogs and pups!! Oh, and some chickens. WELCOME!
