Thanks for the welcomes and advice!
I just got home from work, and the pip is still pipping away after 24 hours, and has achieved a small hole for its beak. I am afraid the humidity dropped while I was at work and unable to add any water. . I am really feeling for this little pip, must be tiring, and I am afraid it is "sticky". I have added water to get the humidity over 60 and am going to wait a couple of hours before I consider helping it at all. What do you think? The other two eggs in there have not pipped, and I am setting eight eggs into the hatcher tomorrow.
