Hello! We are new to having backyard chickens and very unsure about this particular chicken! It is a Sapphire Gem- around 10-11 weeks old! Unsure if it is a hen or roo? I tried to add multiple photos from multiple angles! Thank you so much in advance!

If it's a Sapphire Gem I'm going to say pullet.
SGs are sex links. Boys have barring, girls do not. One copy of barring can be hard to see on blue but I'm not seeing any.

Yes, very red for that age.
I’d say male.

If was a pullet, “she” would be laying or about to with that much red.

I'd be shocked if it's a pullet. That's a huge bright red comb and wattles. If it's a pullet, I would think it's much older than 10 weeks old...
Just saying that's how SGs are supposed to be.
I agree thats a lot of comb and a lot of red not to mention blue females usually only have the darker blue on the hackle area while blue males have it on hackles, shoulders, back and saddle areas.
Guess where that one has it...

I have Sapphire Sky Olive Eggers and one is a roo. They're similar looking (my Sapphire Sky roo and your chicken and about the same age) and I wish I still had pics of my Sapphire Gems as chicks but one phone and several years later (they've since passed on) I want to say pullet but my brain is pulling me to rooster. That's an awful lot of red for 10-11 weeks old.
