New to goats, do i have a pregnant goat?

I have always wondered why in twins or triplets that there is always the smaller kids? I've had 3 different sets of twins and one triplet and there is always a smaller kid, I don't know if in the photo you can see the difference.
 
It almost always happens that way. Most often (but not always) the bigger kid is a buck, with the smaller being a doe. One kid either gets more nutrients, or it could be that the buck kids have more testosterone so they grow bigger/faster. I can't recall a multiple birth I've had where all the kids were the same size, lol.
It happens in human multiples too though. When my nephews were born, one weighed 6lb 4oz, and the other one weighed 4lb 6oz.
