New to the chick world- Hen or Rooster?

Hi, I have 4, almost 4 week old chicks. I've been thinking one was a rooster for a couple of weeks because it makes a different nooce than a simple chirp. Can you look at my pics to tell me breed maybe and then or rooster? It may be too early.

It's pretty early, you're never quite sure until they're grown, but that black barred one with the big red comb is giving me pause.

One of your doniniques is a cockerel. The rest, too early to tell.
Also, the proper terms are pullet and cockerel until a year old, then they become hen and rooster.

ITs not because of the sounds, that I make that assessment. It’s because of the bright red comb at a very early age! I bet he’s lighter colored than the other dom.

The brown ones are Speckled Sussex- but a little too young to tell the gender of. I believe the barred one is Dominique cockerel... but that's my own guess.

If you could post individual pictures of them standing, it might be easier to tell their breeds

cute! i'm not sure of breed or gender but the brighter red comb one looks cockerel.
