New to the Coop: Two new beach chicks

first of all welcome to BYC and second Mine are all outside no light they are 17wks and some are 12-13wks and its been getting down into the high 60's low 70's at night here in Northern Ohio and the 80's /90's during the day and have been just fine even my turkies are out and doing fine
They look very happy and like they’re having fun

Well I just shut off their heat lamp in the house thinking they should get used to the dark and they freaked out and started chirping and flying into the mesh cover. They were asleep on their roost and now they're wide awake. Light back on. So when I put them in the coop for the first time and shut the door they won't stress like this? I'm thinking I shocked the cones in their eyes? So tomorrow I just won't turn the heat lamp on and let their eyes adjust naturally?

It will take them time to get use to it but they will get used to it eventually

Hello and welcome to BYC! :frow Glad you joined.
I'd leave them out. They'll be just fine. If you think it's going to get a bit chilly one night, you can set up a huddle box for them to get in and keep toasty warm.
