My mom is getting me a new incubator for a late Birthday present! I can't wait!

Well I did learn one thing the last time. You can throw the cold eggs won't hatch out the window. 17 degree eggs gave me the best hatch I have ever had with shipped eggs. The ones I have now came in at 27° so I am worried they were to warm.

I have 78 coturnix eggs in the bator.. due to hatch out on the first... suppose I should candle them sooner or later!

I was moving my eggs today because I have a couple due to hatch in two days, I dropped about 8 eggs out of the 17, only 4 of them broke but im sure I shook the others up, not sure if they will hatch or not but the four that broke were all yolk ( poet and didnt know it lol )

I know in one pen I have a crooked beak male and I have been suspicious that he was not breeding the females since they have perfect head and neck feathers, I am going to cull him out and put either a tibetan male in with them or I will combine my other whites with the two hens he has not been breeding.
