Newbie egg keeping Q

I live a bit north of Houston. My 1st RIR has been laying for a month. My question is: My chickens are not in my backyard but at a pen down the road I am renting. I usually go on my home and pick up the egg/check feed/water/say hi/laugh with them! My question is now that it is approaching 90 degrees....how long can egg wait for me, and stay good? The pen is roofed and gets good breeze. Hen has forgone the nest boxes and likes to sit on a bag of pine shavings and lay the egg, but she lays around 11AM. I come by around 4:30.

I think they'll keep just fine. You don't have anything to worry about.
