Newbie with chickens

I have a couple of issues that I'd appreciate some advice on.

-- We have 3 chickens and we're pretty sure the same two are laying all the eggs. Someone told me this was normal.
-- One of them gets messy on her butt and doesn't appear to care about cleaning herself.

--Yes some chickens lay better then others. I have some chickens that lay better then others.
--Hmm I have never had this happen to a hen. If you can try to clean it off cause that can cause them to be sick.
