Chickens are not laying

Hi all!

I am trying to get to the bottom of why my chickens aren't laying. Two of my steadfast layers (Black Sex Link and White Leghorn) never recovered after molt last fall. We finally butchered them a few weeks ago. In the last few days of her life, the leghorn was lethargic and her comb fell to the side. My Eggers kept going until now, which is late June.) Now they've slowed to an almost stop as well. We've got 5 Eggers and we're getting 1 egg/day.

I've tried changing feed, adding ACV, cleaning the coop out well. They eat well and drink normally. They act normally and even will go into the nest and set like they're going to lay. They dust normally too.

I've never had this happen before and it's beyond frustrating. Any advice is appreciated.

Thank you!

Do you have enough experience slaughtering to see anything odd when you did the 2?
How old, in months, are all these birds?
What all and exactly how are you feeding?
Do they free range?
