Newborn chick… HELP!!

My chick hatched about 6 hours ago. I looked over and saw this… what is it?? Should I be worried about my other chicks? Not sure what to do!

No food or eater yet. One other chick hatched right before this happened.

Relax, I think it pooped.. some will even inside the shell.. they absorbed yolk right before hatching as enough food technically for about 3 days worth.

I’m trying to relax first hatch has me stressing lol!!! The chick soaked it all up in its fuzz do I need to do anything about it now or is it ok to leave until the rest hatch?

It's best to leave it.

Looks like the NR360 bator or similar type.. I've knocked eggs/chicks out before and no longer use that type because of it.

Also, it best not to chance shrink wrapping etc for other pipped or hatching chicks.
