I had a ducklings hatch and the last one the mother rejected! She keeps stepping on it and wants nothing to do with it! What do I do?!

What a cute baby! If mom has rejected the duckling, you'll need a brooder setup to keep him or her warm and safe. The BYC Learning Center has helpful articles on raising ducklings, including brooder ideas - this article may be helpful. Best of luck!
I found a tub and put shavings in the bottom. Placed a heating lamp over the top and placed some water and ground up pellets in there. Just really hoping it makes it thru the night.

If mom duck has multiple ducklings I'd take one and brood it with the rejected one. Otherwise it's a lot of work raising a solo duckling since it needs company 24/7.
I’m worried about it not making it period. It doesn’t seem very fluffy or to be walking at all really.

It can take time to recover from hatching and it won't need to eat or drink for at least 24hrs or longer since it is living off its yolk sac.
And there could very well be something wrong with it. Time will tell. What temp is your brooder? you want to keep it warm while it's recovering.

Unsure of the exact temp since I had to throw it together late last night. I have it in a tub with pine shavings and a heating lamp. It seems to be getting its strength. I’m hoping once it’s stronger and can walk 100% I can introduce it to the flock.

Yup it’s currently sleeping away. I slept horribly last night worrying about why I was going to wake up to but it seems like it’s a fighter. I could believe what a savage my mallard was to it.
