Newborn guinea with swollen left eye that looks like a sac

I have a new Pearl Guinea chick that was born about 2 hours ago today and his left eye is protruding and swollen with this sack like substance over his eye. I do have pictures.

Thank you I've never seen anything like this before I've seen other deformities in newborn chicks but this is something that I've never seen it's almost like it's liquid-filled

Looks like that to me too but Im thinking some type of tumor. Im not an educator so I dont know crap. Just a guess.

I will take any guess I can get. I've even Googled it and nothing.

Nothing showed up on Google that remotely even looked like his eye but I took him to a friend of mine she's in herher sixt she's born and raised on a chicken farm and she says it looks like the eye just never developed so his other eye seems to be fine he's a fast lil Runner and his little beak is a little off center but he's a fighter or she LOL

Can it close its eye all the way ? If not maybe some antibiotic ointment to keep it moist til help does come along.
