No. Calif. Chickenstock June 5, Kelseyville! memories and pics, p. 42+

My current hatch is only going so-so. I'm probably not going to be able to make it this year, but if someone is in the Walnut creek area that is going, I'd love some help bringing some eggs home for me!!

What standard breed eggs will be available?

Hi Guys!

So DH and I may be going to the ranch this weekend, his 94 year old blind grandmother was a passenger in a car accident, and is now in the hospital, she broke 2 vertebrae and now is unable to support her weight enough to walk. My mother in law and her sister are optimistic, but we just spoke to my FIL and he seems to feel that they are refusing to hear the bad news. She has a fever which means infection, an infection for a person her age can jump to pneumonia really fast, and for somebody her age, now bed ridden to get pneumonia would be most likely deadly. So DH wants to visit, in case this is the last time he can.

But anyway, (Sorry didn't mean to drag everybody down) But my point is that if anybody needs me to check on anything there, I can. Like sunny, if you give me your campsite numbers, I can go take a picture for you guys.

Also, I was thinking I would talk to Rainbow Ag, to see if they want to have a table at chickenstock, but what do I tell them. I have never been to a chickenstock, so I don't know what their role would be.

I just got back from visiting DS2 and his GF down in San Diego. So sorry I haven't updated anything. Also very sorry Hugh won't be able to come.

Hope we hear back from a few more peeps!

Barnevelder...but I can't go so someone will have to pick them up at my house in Windsor on the way up, or back (Kelsey's mom is, I think)

Holding good thoughts for Granny!

Oh that's so nice but I have a barnevelder teenager and two that just hatched! you are awesome thanks anyway

anyone else?

kelseygirl707 so sorry to hear about your DH's Grandmother! If there is not time don't stress about pics but if you do get a chance the site #s are 125 and 126. Thanks, you are awesome!
If someone else does not book soon I will cancel one of the sites and it would be great to know which site looks best before I cancel + pics may entice more folks to join us.

Like I said, though, don't stress about it if you run out of time.

I'm happy to take pictures, it just around the corner, and I'll probably need to get away from everything at some point, so I'll take a walk over to the park.

Thank you! 125 and 126 are in the Upper Bayview campground if that helps. I am not sure if that means they are closer to the property or further away. Thanks again!

Anybody interested in Coturnix Quail? I have 15 eggs in the bator that are due at the end of the month. If nobody is interested, I will leave them home with extra food and water, but if somebody may want some, I'll bring them along.
