No Day 21 Action- Please help!

Okay, thank you :fl . On day 24, would she probably be dead :(?
Also, will lateness cause hatching problems?
congrats on your chick. day 24 does not mean the chick is dead. Wrong incubation temperatures, possible to create problems with chicks growing.
Also possible to create hatching problems.
The more you hatch the more experience you gain.

Okay. Thank you for responding. I am pretty new at hatching- I've only hatched two ducklings and a chick before this one- and hope to get better at it.

No, she hasn't hatched yet. I can guess she internally pipped because she's made her first crack on the egg shell, but she hasn't been working on it for hours. I think she's preparing for the next big pecking wave. When she hatches, though, I'll make sure to post pictures!

Agreed! Although she just started on the crack again. She'll be a VERY slow hatch, I can tell. That'll just make it more exciting when she's out, though!

Update: she wasn't working on it, apparently, just moving her beak. I think she might be stuck. She's not working on the hole, but her beak has stayed in it for hours. Is something up? Do I need to help her out of the egg? :( I've never done that and I don't want to, it would be so dangerous for her to open the incubator.
Is she stuck, do you think?

may take 24 hours possibly longer, your chick may be absorbing yoke. I have seen a lot of eggs pip thru then stay idle for long period of time.
Just have your humidity up.
Here I thought your chick hatched already.
Personally I take a more hands off approach and do not help unless I feel a extreme need to.
