no eggs 20 weeks old

I am fairly new with chickens.I have 2 hens and 2 roosters one hen has been sitting on 1 egg for 30 days and I might have messed up because I took the egg from her last weekend. I used a light and nothing was in egg. The hen is now sitting on nothing for 4 days now. Will she ever get back to normal? Also still wondering on breed type. One hen has never laid an egg and she is about 20-21 weeks old. The hen that is sitting is older and she was laying an egg a day until she started sitting. I will try to insert some pictures. Any help would be appreciated.

sometimes hens dont start laying untill 25 weeks, so i wouldnt worry yet
