I
actually bought one of these for my rabbits to have babies in as a spare box (since I have 3 prego right now and only one nest box), I know eventually it may get all chewed up but im hoping to get at least several uses out of it. The rabbit nest box I have now is a small domed top cat litter box and It's plastic and hasn't hardly been chewed on yet. I think it would be ideal for chickens, im planning on getting a couple for them.

Another thing I like is, it's easily washable and sanitized.

The cool thing is they come in different sizes, like the medium is good for a bantam box or dwarf rabbit and the Large is good for medium chickens like Egyptians, OEG, buttercups and large rabbits and XL has plenty of room for Giant cochins and brahmas or XL or Giant breed rabbits. I actually found these at the store where they are available in all sizes.
