Not Sure If You've Got A Pullet Or Cockerel? Click Here! Thread 2

Opps! I started a new thread before I saw this one. I apologize.

We brought our chicks home from the feed store on April 19th. We have 4 Australorps that I'm pretty sure are all pullets and 4 Easter Eggers. 2 of the Easter Eggers have me thinking maybe they are Roos.

I'd love to hear your opinions. Thanks!

What do you think about my EE's? They were chicks at March 30th 2017.
The Red one (Noodle) has the colors of more boy like, but the small comb and thin legs throw me off... the whiter one's (Jelly ) pattern is all over the place, and every week it seems different so I haven't a clue with that one!

My black star looks and acts like a cockerel. My other three spar but I still can't determine their sex. The black star is getting more aggressive, though, and has started to peck at the faces of the other chicks. I fear it is time for him to go. Any thoughts on sex of the other chicks? I appreciate any help.

Yes I like the Penguin, she's just starting to get tame after being a little shy,but the boys are in your face! I should have known! Thank you so much for looking at them for me, i'm going to keep the white boy and find good homes for the other boys.

Black Star is a brand of black sexlink so the males would be barred. You didn't say which chick you think is a Black Star but if you meant the second one, it does look like it could be a Black Star cockerel. If you meant the first chick, that's not a Black Star.

1, 3, and 4 are cockerels. 2 needs another week or two to develop a comb (or not). So, it's a wait and see unless you know that's your Black Star.

Jelly is a pullet but I think Noodle is a late blooming cockerel.

Profile pic of the whole bird would help on 1. 2 looks like a pullet.

This is a French Cuckoo Marans, is it a he or a she? It is approximately 12 1/2 weeks. I am only wondering because my little almost 4 month old silkie who just recently started crowing, chases this one and the little black one out of the coop.View attachment 1042759 View attachment 1042760 View attachment 1042761
This was supposed to be a French Cuckoo as well, but I believe it is a BCM... Boy or girl? Same age as previous one.

This silkie has yet to crow, but I'm thinking he's a boy. I am not allowed to have roosters where I live, but there I a bird farm down the way that finds homes for roosters.
