100% female. Looks like she's just few more weeks from laying. Javas are slow to mature.

Thank you Junebuggena! I was hoping that was the case. When I heard slow to mature, I wasn't sure what that meant. She is super sweet! I just am getting ready to cull and didn't want to make a mistake! That explains why the roos pay no attention to her! Thank you!

Slow to mature means that a breed takes much longer than most others to reach reproductive maturity.

A bit young to be absolutely certain, but 1, 4, 6, and 9 look female. The others look like cockerels.

What makes you say cockerel?
Usually by 3 months a cockerel should have much redder & lager comb than you EE has.
You should post a side pic, so we can see if (s)he has saddle feathers.
