Hello! This is Nugget - she's (hopefully she...) about 7-8 weeks old, and we're not sure if she's a pullet or a roo :/ any ideas? We've had her for about two weeks and I'm scared she's actually a he

This little one is a 5-6 week old wyandotte bantam - too early to tell yet? I've posted a few on here recently and they have turned out to be 100% correct with what you've all said so I feel like I could post an egg photo and someone would call it correctly!!! Thank you!

I said it's a conspiracy by the hens to not create competition of prettier girls

But it makes sense, once they get older, they're not so intimidated by the young ones any more.
