Yes, but only problem is I don't want any complaints as I'm over limit for township at moment only by 2, but trying to keep a low profile. Someone called code enforcer and he sent email saying chickens were fine in my township as long as coop and run are 25ft from adjacent lot structures and no Roosters. I think they don't want noise or breeding here.
I don't live in a subdivision but still can't have roosters.
Ohhh that makes sense then. But that's what the collar is for, it significantly reduces the volume of the crowing, so they might not even hear him. Although if he hasn't started crowing yet you might still have time.
But if you have people calling the enforcer already it might not be the best idea.
Maybe you could keep him inside or at least at night.
