November hatch along

I'm on day 18, no hatching for me yet! But hopefully not too long now!

Awesome I set my new eggs in my new incubator 4 days ago so my first hatch is December 1st and second hatch will be December 5th and the following hatch I’m not sure about cause I haven’t got those eggs yet so I started a December hatch along while still following this one

I've never done an incubator hatch before, not sure I could cope with the waiting and the constant looking at them!! At least for me when they are under a hen I can't get to them so easily!!

What eggs have you ordered for your next batch?

I have two sets of American game kelso’s and dom’s cause they are beautiful birds and great mommas and then the next eggs that I’m waiting on are ameracaunas or however it’s spelled

My wife wants blue eggs in the nest boxes so I had to get those for her mainly

My sets are done. But I am at work, lol. I won't be incubating any more until next year. I ended up with 23 chicks this time. Far better than my shipped eggs had done earlier. So I have quite a few more than I planned on, lol.

Yeah shipped eggs have proven to be a pain.

I have shipped silkie eggs due on Thanksgiving day. I need to candle and see how they're doing.

my quail go on lockdown Friday for hatch next week! looks like 17 of 24 fertile. right at 70% that is guarantee. 9 chicken egg assortment arriving at end November for December HAL!
