Nurture Right 360 Incubator Okay?

Pics
Please try below suggestion:
1) unplug the incubator power connector which located on the back of the incubator top cover for 2 minutes
2) replug that power connector, ensure the connector is pushed fully home in its socket
3) reset the incubator by pressing “MENU” and “-“ buttons at the same time for around 5 seconds until you hear sound feedback, and screen blink once, it means incubator has been successfully reseted, the hatch day count down now will back to 21 day, you can press the MENU button to check, if now the days show 21, means you have reset successfully.
4) then adjust hatch days to the actual correct hatch day remaining
5) wait for couple hours to check if the eggs are moving

Please let us know if this works.

It is correct the reading still is 8 days after you unplug and replug power, the incubator has memory function to avoid power outage will clear the hatch days countdown data.

It means after each hatch when countdown to 0 day, the incubator won't auto back to 21 days when replug it for next round of hatch, we need to manually adjust the hatch days to 21 days, or reset incubator to have timer countdown again from 21 day, both methods works.

Thank you so much for the fast response and explanation! My auto turning is working again after the unplug last night. I just saw the instructions to reset but will definitely keep this in mind for the next hatch.

So that I am and the other folks here using this incubator are clear on this- you’re saying that after each completed hatch we need to manually reset the incubator, either with the 2 button reset you detailed above or by manually adjusting the day counter to 21 in order for the turner to work?? Even if it’s unplugged for an extended time for cleaning or storage?

I bought 2 of the Nurture Right 360. I am unable to send email, so I called and left a message to get 2 adapters for the fan cover. I am so glad the phone numbers were posted here so I could do that as it is not on the instruction sheets. In the mean time, I cut a 3" square of 1/2 x 1 welded wire and attached it to the fan cover with plastic coated twist ties. It was easy to do and did the job. I sat 21 eggs... two died sometime in brooding... dark shelled chickens... could not candle them easily... but I ended up with 19 very healthy chicks that all hatched within a 24 hour window. I did have a chick get its foot through the grate. I noticed it early on, and was able to extract it without damage. I added a paper towel over the grate for the rest of the hatch. It held up well, and did not seem to affect the humidity level. I will have some ready to add during the lock down procedure in the future, but that space does need to be more narrow to avoid this problem.

Teasing us with 19 healthy chicks and no pictures is TEASING MAXIMUS.

Another thought... the egg candler could be brighter. I could not candle the Cream Legbar eggs nor the brown Penedesenca eggs (they are a dark brown) even in the dead of night dark.

I stopped using the candler on the unit and use a handheld one. I like how I can candle them without disturbing them this way. Also, it is impossible to see anything after a few days if you do not have the light shining through the air cell and I didn't want to flip the eggs upside down to candle as that seemed VERY disruptive. I should add that I obsessively candle every egg...every night, so it was important to have minimal disruption!

I have used rubber shelf liner from the dollar store, cut round to fit. BUT... I think it has impeded the humidity. I don't like the grate, so I am going to look for different type of liner to try next time.

Consider making a liner from plastic window screen mesh. You can buy it by the foot at hardware stores.
