A nice draft free coop for them for winter. If there is anything that I have learned it is that they handle the cold much better then they do the heat....Coop needs to be draft free, but well ventilated to let the moisture out and some fresh air in. And a way to make sure that they have access to fresh water.

On my coop, I made tons of vents. Some vents have vent covers (just a piece of wood with hinges and a barrel bolt) so they can be open in the summer and closed in the winter-time. I am thinking about putting some plexiglass in them so that the girls will still get some light. Light is pretty important to egg-production.
