NY chicken lover!!!!

Pyxis, We had Show Call Ducks for 15 years. They love a Pond and like to stay out....we had to
drive them in every evening. Chickens are musch easier for us. BUT WE DID LOVE OUR CALL DUCKS AND NOW WE LOVE OUR CHICKENS. Regards, Aria

how many of yall have started your gardening? or are you waiting for may 1st?  I am playing Russian roulette and put some vegetables in the ground... we'll see what happens

Peas and spinach is up, multiplier potato onions and egyptian walking onions. I'll probably get some kale in. Everything else I actually wait till Memorial weekend to play it safe with the frost.
Bought a ounce of mammoth red mangles to try out on the chickens this winter, if they like them I'll likely plant a lot more next yr. Well depending on how big of a crop I get from a ounce of seed and how much they eat of them, they're supposed to grow big.

I don't know where to post the following questions so hopefully someone I this forum will be able to assist either in answering the questions or steer me in the right direction.
1.) How can you tell if a hen has an egg stuck?
2.) If there is an egg stuck, can we chicken raisers help at getting the egg out before it's too late?
3.) If a hen does have an issue at "delivering" one egg, will she constantly have issues after that?
