Tomorrow the world ends. I'm planning to sleep in. I don't want to be the first one to wake up and find the world gone.
Just in case I filled the feeders and waterers, so I don't have to go out in the rain tomorrow.

Rancher , they are visiting ? Show them the picture ...Tell them if a chicken can learn to use the toilet so can they ...Put the picture near the toilet to remind them ..LOL
A question ?
Why male pee to mark your territory ? I have seen female cats mark also . Wont human pee be a deterrent ? I do a perimeter walk around the edge of our property when I let the chickens
out ..To check for predators ...& leave my scent around ..so They know I have been there & may show up at any time .
I have seen or heard foxes since the last time I heard them barking in the middle of the night .
I went out & yelled at them " Get out of here ! You want me to come & get you ..And shined a flash light on them ..I could see their eyes reflecting in the distance .
So they know I am here ...& they are not welcome !
Country Boy- this must be the plainest chicken you have ? all the others are so colorful
As he is a chicken he probably did anoint the toilet ..
We had 4 inches at midnight last night but when we woke up it was just pouring rain!Morning all. If this rain were snow we would be buried. Dh has the trash pump going, emptying out the back yard. Lots and lots of water. I told him to leave the cheeps in as the runs are nothing but mud. We are supposed to get snow tonight. What a mess! Glad I prepped all the coops last night. Running off to work. Have a good day everyone.
