It's easyer to clean right away than letting them get all dry and crusty over night.

Besides, if you do them NOW, you won't have to dread doing them LATER.

I soak, scrub then put my dishes in the dishwasher. ALL of the soap and water keep my hands cleaner and I am RARELY sick.

i tend to over do everything... i would have done the same thing.. most days ai get the dishes done BUT some days i let them go... using the rule that as long as i have clean coffee cups, im good for dishes...

Mine went out 2 days ago, my main concern was the chicks and eggs incubating.

So, I went out in the storm with my DH and DS to get the generator. I didn't think we were ever going to get it started.

So, I washed the dishes, but if I didn't have the generator, they would have still been in the sink when I woke up.

I voted for still working on last weeks dishes. Not really last weeks, but the last couple days. With my kitchen being remodeled I don't have a sink/dishwasher so I do them in the bathtub. I have started having back spasms when I do them, so started putting them off. Now ask me in another week when this is all supposed to be done and they will be going in the dishwasher as soon as people take their last bite of food
