Thank you for letting me do this. It will be a year ago Oct 17 that I lost my mom. I moved off my farm and in to my folks place to let my dad live out his last day. When he passed over,Mom asked us to stay until she had her knee surgery. Her and I did a lot of quilt blocks together. Little did I know that 11 months after Dad pass over, she would join him. I have not been able to sew since she passed over. This is helping me deal with her anniversary of her passing. My sewing machine has set in my living room since we moved back to our farm last Thanksgiving. I need to do a lot of sewing so this will broke the ice and honor Mom and Dad. The last blocks we made together were Angel blocks. That is why I am doing a two different Angel blocks, one for my dad and one for her.
