The Little Farm, a fantastic teaching farm in Miami, will take our chickies once they're big enough to live on a farm. I'm so excited!!
That is exciting & nice to have a plan for the chicks home once they are feathered out.
I let my hens roam the backyard for a few hours each day. I put them back in the run & could hear a hen in the garden somewhere kicking up a fuss, but all my hens (excluding the broody who I assumed was dutifully sitting) were accounted for. It turns out that Snowy decided she wanted to graze for a bit today & went out.

I sent my son off on pooper shooter duties (hosing all the poops into the lawn while they are soft) & he found the broody poop which was nearly as big as a tennis ball according to him. Lol. Now he wants to play tennis in the garage.
