BUT WAIT! One of our four remaining eggs started peeping and rocking this afternoon. My teen spotted it. This evening there wasn't any visible progress, so I reached in to turn the egg over, only to confirm that the teen was right that it had pipped on the underside against the floor. It's in the process of zipping right now. Fingers crossed. A lesson on the virtues of patience.

Checking in on everyones hatching. Got my first visible external pip so mainly trying to pass the time to not poke and prod. The weathers on my side today, 1ml of rain was just enough moisture in the air my humiditys now going strong. @FortCluck glad to hear you have 2 special boys! I've had a hard time replacing my original rooster so I've given up for time being. Can't wait for your babes to start hatching

I don't know if I have any room to even add anything into the incubator. I will just keep an eye on the twins egg, I'm sure I'll be here for it. I'll only be gone from 4-9 pm on Halloween so the kids can get candy. I have to make sure the door is shut where the incubator is because my cat will want to play with the chicks and my beagle will bay (she thinks they're edible treats).

Post pics of the littles... It's rainy and disgusting here, I wish I could send this rain to the wildfires...
