Ok, so as per the app you did Lockdown on day 19. I usually see the first pip 2 days after Lockdown but I don't think it is a strict timing.

I put them in lockdown yesterday (day 18). I stopped turning them on day 16 because the twins didn't have much room and I didn't want to confuse them by turning the egg several times a day. They typically do not start hatching until day 21, but some do hatch early rather often.I put them in lockdown yesterday (day 18). Mine will probably hatch late because they know I'm standing outside the incubator like a creeper watchingThey typically do not start hatching until day 21, but some do hatch early rather often.
Today will be day 19 for my eggs... What should I expect on days 19-21?

I just had an egg rolling in the incubator. My incubator is at 100 degrees constantly. When they pip/hatch can definitely vary. I usually get internal pips day 19 to 20 and start getting external pips day 20-21. This last group I hatched I incubated at a little higher temp (I think half a degree or so) and they all popped out day 20. I've had the occasional overachiever hatch up to a day or so before the rest, and rarely some stragglers hatch over a day after most hatched (the stragglers were either in larger eggs or came from eggs that were a little older when incubated, the stragglers from the older eggs often needed some help).
I literally just sat their with my flashlight for an hour then an egg moved... I need to get a life
