October Hatching ... How many are in? I'm due to hatch on 10/17

ok i just put in 31 eggs to go with the 7 that are in the incubator so, hopeing to have several hatch out from this incubation. the first 7 are on day 10 and the rest are marans and marans crosses oh yeah and one duck egg.

Lockdown today on some quail and three serama eggs from a real breeder. xD

Oh man I thought it was just me. I had issues the first few days until I could candle to see if some were developing. For the rest of the time I have been fairly patient and dealing ok w/the waiting. Now that I put them in lockdown I am constantly worrying and wondering and wanting to check to see even though I know that I have one more day to go before they should hatch. I feel like a nervous parent and every one keeps wanting me to go do stuff. Well darn it I can't I have to stay here in the living room for at least the next 24 hours.

just candeld, 11 out of 13 alive and kicking. due the 10th. white silkies from my flock. oh half under a broody silkie and the other half in the bator.

I hope they come first thing in the morning..Tomorrow is my scheduled set day.

I've got a boatload of eggs which will hatch at different times this month (several incubators) and four eggs under Shirley Welsummer (her first episode of broodiness) due to hatch 10/4. Hers will hatch first.

I am dying to candle Shirley's eggs. But I try to leave nature alone.
