I noticed about two weeks ago one of our hens had a tiny bit of blood in her poop. I treated her with amprolium thinking it may be coccidiosis. I notice the last two days her vent has a but of runny poop. Yesterday it was brown but tonight it looked kinda black? They did have blueberries this morning though. Is there anything I can use to help with the runny stool?

Poop color and consistency is affected by what the chickens eat. This is transient. Poop abnormalities caused by bacteria or toxins will be consistent and the chicken will most likely act sick. In other words, look at behavior to verify there's a problem when you run across questionable poop.
