Odd Large Silkie Egg!

I'm not one for a huge roasted bird,
but have had great meals all year around by butchering a fresh turkey into parts.

My dad likes to have a huge turkey for Thanksgiving, he doesn't like to chop the bird up, until after it's roasted, & served. He's not the type to cut up a turkey into peices to freeze.
We have 2 huge toms, & 2 huge hens to slaughter soon.
