Odd pets, what do you have?

I really really really really want at least one of each of the following, A Raven, A Vulture, and a Fruit Bat...if anyone ever finds one...let me know! I Love them!

I've always wanted a crow. I guess I'll have to be content with saying I've had a grackle! We get tons of sparrows falling out of nests, but no crows:(. I hear they are very intelligent and can be taught to speak.

My grandma's neighbors were cutting down some trees in their yard and took down a crow nest. I rescued the two that were alive and raised them to adulthood. Unfortunately, my parents made me let them go,lol. I never did act affectionate towards them because I knew what was going to happen, but they sure were awesome while it lasted!

Just a red tegu, a ball python, sugar gliders, a brim, and a blue channel cat. Those are the ones I have to explain to people, especially the tegu and the gliders.

I have others (including 40 chicks!) but I consider those others normal, lol.

I wanted to get a porqupine but I know how much damage my "Baby" can do when he is just playing. You even bump one the wrong way and your pilling quils. Not a thought I like, lol. Besides I doubt baby would play nice with it.

Oh well

They are about 9 months old. We have no idea how old they were when we found them but we just add in a month for that since they were so tiny then. They are getting so big!!!

Edited to show what they looked like when we found them.

Two reasons not to feed them to snakes:
#1 - They are about $40 each around here.
#2 - They will kill a snake in about 5 seconds. Have you looked at those teeth?! I've raised them before, and they are some of the most enjoyable little critters...if they are tame...otherwise, they are evil. I had one shred one of my fingers one time. Not fun.
