Off balance chicken

So I am new to the chicken scene. I have a blue Americana almost 5 months old. She is stumbling around like she is drunk and then falls. What is wrong? What do I do?

Sounds like lack of vitamins. Can she raise her head, but yet it droops down? To give her a strong dose of vitamins, you can go to your local pharmacy and ask for Polyvitamins without iron. It's for infants. Take about a 1/4 dropper full and mix with some water...enough to fill your dropper and give to your bird. Do this several times a day. The vitamins generally take about 24 hours to "see" the difference.
