all are mixed breeds of my barred rocks and my two slightly different black hens but for some reason, one came out more yellow than black

I originally had miniature pekin and nankin eggs under my broody nankin but they started to stink so I switched them for my black hens eggs

Looks like I'm off a day. I'm sure I'll still have a few hatching tomorrow, but as of right now I have 11 in the brooder and 3 in the incubator. Lots of pips.

I haven't been able to keep up with this thread, life has been busy, but it looks like we might not make it till tomorrow. We have 2 out of three duck eggs pipped and one of the marans has pipped. Lord please, let this be a better hatch than the last one!

Quail are EVERYWHERE in my incubator!!!!

Be prepared for an explosion when you open the incubator. They are FAST and can jump very well.
